Our History
Nkwoegwu Autonomous Community — historically known as Afugiri — is a kingdom rich in heritage, tradition, and communal strength. Over generations, our people have grown into a united community of seven villages under the throne of Uga.
The Seven Villages
Our kingdom is formed of seven villages, each with its own character, leadership, and traditions, yet all bound together as one Nkwoegwu.
Constitution & Governance
The kingdom is governed in accordance with its constitution and the customs of our people, under the leadership of His Royal Majesty and the Eze-in-Council.
